Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) is an important inter-governmental cooperation project between China and Singapore. Known as a significant window for China’s reform and opening-up policy as well as a successful model of international cooperation, SIP has been ranked first for four consecutive years in the statewide comprehensive assessment of National Economic and Technological Development Zones. With the purpose of strengthening the talent pool, Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee (SIPAC) now opens its doors to about 40 outstanding talents from home and abroad who possess an international vision and professional skills.  一、引才岗位 Positions Offered 

1、投资促进岗：理工类、经济管理类等专业背景，复合型学历背景优先。熟悉生物医药、人工智能等新兴产业的优先，具有产业分析、项目跟踪洽谈与服务、科技或服务业、境外投资等相关工作经历的优先。

Positions in investment promotion: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in science and engineering, economic management, etc. An interdisciplinary background is especially preferred. Applicants familiar with emerging industries such as biomedicine and artificial intelligence or with work experience in industry analysis, project tracking, negotiation and service，science and technology industry, service industry, overseas investment, etc. are preferred.

2、科技招商岗：理工类专业背景，复合型学历背景优先。熟悉生物技术、医学、药学、生物材料、微纳制造、第三代半导体器件、纳米材料与器件、人工智能、集成电路设计等新兴产业的优先，具有产业分析、项目投资、技术研发等相关工作经历或海外相关学习背景的优先。

Positions in science and technology investment: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in science and engineering. An interdisciplinary background is especially preferred. Applicants familiar with emerging industries such as biotechnology, medicine, pharmacy, biomaterials, micro and nano manufacturing, third-generation semiconductor devices, nanomaterials and devices, artificial intelligence, integrated circuit design, etc., with work experience in industry analysis, project investment, technology research and development, etc. or with overseas study experience in related fields are preferred.

3、服务业招商岗：金融类、经济类、理工类等专业背景，复合型学历背景优先。具有产业分析、项目跟踪洽谈与服务、咨询管理、生产型服务业等相关工作经历的优先。

Positions in service industry investment: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in finance, economics, science and engineering, etc. An interdisciplinary background is especially preferred. Applicants with relevant work experience in industry analysis, project tracking, negotiation and service, consulting management, production service industry, etc. are preferred.

4、财政金融岗：财务、经济、金融等专业背景。熟悉财务、经济、金融知识，具有较强的成本管理、经济宏观分析、金融风险控制和金融分析能力。具有金融机构工作经历者优先。

Positions in finance: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in finance, economics, banking, etc. Applicants familiar with financial, economics and banking knowledge, with competitive cost management skills, analytical skills in macroeconomics, financial risk control skills and analytical skills in finance or with work experience in financial institutions are preferred.

5、规划建设岗：城建规划类、交通工程类、林业类及园林绿化等专业背景，有城乡规划编制管理，交通管理，林业、湿地管理等工作经验者优先。

Positions in planning and construction: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in urban construction and planning, traffic engineering, forestry and landscaping, etc. Applicants with work experience in management of urban and rural planning, transportation, forestry, wetlands, etc. are preferred.

6、安全管理岗：安全生产类、机械工程类、材料工程类、化学工程类、机电控制类、建筑工程类及环境工程等专业背景，具有安全生产监管、消防设计审验管理等工作经验者优先。

Positions in safety management: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in safe production, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, electromechanical control, construction engineering, environmental engineering, etc. Applicants with work experience in safe production supervision and administration, fire protection design inspection and management, etc. are preferred.

7、政务服务岗：中文文秘类、法律类、社会政治类、公共管理、工商管理、行政管理等人文社科专业背景。具备较强文字综合处理和沟通协调能力，具有政府综合管理岗位工作经历者优先。

Positions in government service: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in humanities and social sciences such as Chinese language and secretary, law, social politics, public administration, business administration and administrative management. Applicants with competitive skills in comprehensive writing and editing, with competitive communication and coordination skills or with work experience in general management positions in government services are preferred.

 二、基本要求 Basic Requirements 

1、具有中华人民共和国国籍，政治品质良好，品行端正，无违法犯罪记录，具有正常履行岗位职责必备的身体条件。

Applicants should have Chinese nationality. Other qualifications required are: good political and ethical integrity; good physical condition to perform position duties; no criminal records.

2、具有全日制硕士研究生及以上学历学位，具有熟练的外语沟通能力。本科、研究生阶段须为国内“双一流”高校或世界前100名高校全日制毕业。

国内“双一流”高校参照中国教育部《关于公布世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单的通知》，一流学科建设高校毕业人才所读专业须为该校“双一流”建设学科。

世界前100名高校主要参照最新公布的QS世界大学排名、泰晤士高等教育世界排名〈THE〉、美国US News世界大学排名、上海交通大学世界大学学术排名〈ARWU〉。

Applicants should have a master’s degree or above (full-time programs) with proficient foreign language communication skills. The university where an applicant pursued his/her bachelor’s degree or master’s degree must be included in China’s Double First-Class project (which refers to world-class universities and universities with world-class disciplines) or rank in top 100 universities in the world.

The universities included in China’s Double First-Class project refer to those listed in the Notice of the Announcement of A List of the World-Class Universities, Universities with World-Class Disciplines and the World-Class Disciplines, which is a list issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. An applicant who graduated from one of the universities with world-class disciplines should major in the discipline falling into the list of world-class disciplines of the project.

The top 100 universities in the world refer to those included in the latest QS World University Rankings, the Times Higher Education World University Rankings (THE), the US News World University Rankings, and the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).

3、硕士研究生原则上不超过30周岁（1990年1月1日以后出生），博士研究生原则上不超过35周岁（1985年1月1日以后出生）；特别优秀的，年龄可适当放宽。

In principle, an applicant with a master’s degree should be under 30 years old (inclusive) (born on/after January 1, 1990), and an applicant with a PhD should be under 35 years old (inclusive) (born on/after January 1, 1985). (The age limit may be extended for extremely excellent talents.)

4、取得学历、学位时间截止为2020年8月31日（海外留学人员应在报名时提供教育部留学服务中心出具的国外学历学位认证书）。

Applicants should obtain academic qualifications and degrees on or before August 31, 2020 (any applicant who graduated from an academic institution outside Chinese mainland when registering should provide a recognition certificate of foreign education and degrees issued by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange under the governance of MOE dated before August 31, 2020).

5、专业或经历符合园区产业发展方向的、有海外留学或工作经历的优先考虑，有产业招商、科技招商及其他园区急需的专业工作经验的可适当放宽相关条件。

Applicants with education experience or work experience in line with the development of SIP and applicants with overseas study or work experience are preferred. The limit may be extended for applicants with professional work experience in industry investment, science and technology investment or other urgently needed fields.
