Bed Linen
We will refresh your bed linen after the third night. Please tell us if you would prefer otherwise.

Towels
Although we will freshen up your bathroom daily, we’ll only change towels when you let us know that you would like us to. Simply leave any towels you would like to be replaced in your shower or bath.

Recycling
If you’d like us to recycle on your behalf, please separate your recyclables from your garbage so that we can process them accordingly.

Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team work daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If at any time you would prefer privacy, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door.

Smoke Free
Quest King William South is a non smoking property. We ask you to kindly refrain from smoking inside. A $250 room recovery fee applies in the event of smoking inside your apartment.
