Winmark Wines (formerly Pooles Rock) is a stunning property situated on 116 acres with 25 acres of Chardonnay, the perfect getaway for exploring the Broke Fordwich region. They have three modern homes available offering complete privacy. Winmark Residence which offers luxury accommodation, a large Alfresco area with indoor/outdoor fireplace, tennis court, pool and a spectacular Perennial Garden designed by Paul Bangay. Rock Cottage has four - five bedrooms, a cosy living area with fireplace, television and an adjoining kitchen and dining room and two bathrooms. Mio Monte, a large sophisticated home showcasing modern Australian architecture which provides a Tuscan twist. Mio Monte is Italian for My Mountain and looks across the vine-filled valley to Mt Broke, this home has seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, tennis court and barbecue area. Mio Monte has recently opened up a beautiful art gallery, curated by the Artist Rebecca Pierce it showcases exquisite art works that reflect the beauty of the land and surrounding regions. Open by appointment only if not staying at the property, it is a showcase not to be missed when visiting the Hunter Valley region.
