Mount Ophir Estate, a unique and exclusive property in the rural district of Rutherglen in northern Victoria, Australia. Boasting 360-degree views of the surrounding area, including the Murray River Basin and the Snowy Mountains to the east. The Lodge at Mount Ophir Estate blends country charm with modern design. The Lodge is located on the perimeter of the property with views across the farmland to the Mount Ophir iconic tower. Accommodating four people in two bedrooms, with the second bed having the ability to be split into two singles. The Lodge has seating areas including a dining room, kitchen bar bench and a beautiful deck area with seating and a barbecue. This house is perfect for four people and has brand new facilities including kitchen and laundry. Mount Ophir Estate’s philosophy is to be gentle on the environment and look after the earth. Organic farm management is used on established plantings of low yielding and high-quality vineyard on fine clay loam of Shiraz, Durif (a famous regional variety) and Brown Muscat. It is also an organic working farm with many animals, including sheep, geese and peacocks.
