$55 Business membership is available to all licensed businesses, non-profit organisations, government agencies, farmers and ranchers. Membership cards are not transferable. A free Household card is also available for a family member who lives at the same residential address as the Primary member. Business membership is valid for one year and entitles you to purchase products at any Costco location worldwide. It also entitles you to make two separate transactions at the register, one for business (to produce a tax receipt) and one for your personal shopping. 

Each cardholder can bring in two guests over age 18 years (we do not count children under 18 yrs.) Please note that guests cannot shop or pay for items; only members are able to shop at Costco.

Business identification (ABN certificate/registration of business or three pieces of business ID) is required when applying for Business membership. Additionally, all cardholders must be over the age of 18 and present one piece of photo identity (Drivers Licence, Proof of Age or valid Passport). To validate your membership, a photo must be taken and printed on the membership card at the warehouse.

Costco Australia cardholders can renew their membership online or at the register when you shop within three months of expiry. The additional household card will also be renewed at the same time. Memberships renewed within 2 months after the expiration of the current membership year will be extended for 12 months from the expiration date. Memberships renewed more than 2 months after such expiration will be extended for 12 months from the renewal date.

If you lost our card, please let us know as soon as you can so we can cancel your card. You can then take a piece of photo ID showing your current residential address along to the membership counter at the warehouse. The membership team will be able to print you a new card.
