The aim of Arafura Medical Clinics is to provide our patients with the highest possible quality of care, by ensuring excellence in all aspects of our practices. We endeavour to provide patients with the best and most current treatments, methods, materials and equipment within our resource capabilities to ensure that the patients receive the high quality of service they have come to expect. The first Arafura Medical Clinic opened at Humpty Doo on the 1st December 1997, followed by Oasis on the 29th August 2005, Casuarina on the 6th August 2007, Howard Springs on the 21st August 2007 and our newest clinic at Berry Springs opened on the 27th April 2015. This group of practices is owned by Dr Lionel Crompton. Dr Crompton is the Director and Practice Principal. Dr Crompton graduated from the University of Queensland in 1970 and worked as the Chief of Accident and Emergency at Royal Darwin Hospital before opening a practice in Parap NT. In 1997 the Arafura Group was born with the opening of the Fred’s Pass practice.
