Group Welcome Letter - BFAST INCL_VCHR WIFI

On behalf of the entire team, I would like to welcome you to Quest King William South.

We trust that you will enjoy your stay with us and that our hotel will feel like your ‘home away from home’ during your time with us.

Our team is available at reception from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week should you have any questions or need any assistance.  In case of any urgent assistance (such as an emergency) overnight, please dial 9 from your room or call the hotel contact number.  

There are a number of great restaurants and bars located within walking distance of the hotel, there is also an IGA supermarket located approximately 120m around the corner on Gilbert Street for any other necessities; our reception team would be happy to provide you with directions.

During your stay you will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi on your devices. To login, select the ‘Quest KWS Wi-Fi’ network and then open a browser and a login page will open.

Select the ‘Have a Voucher?’ button and enter the voucher details that have been included and your device will be connected automatically. If you exhaust this allocation additional packages can be purchased.

Breakfast is included and is available at Local 37 located on the ground floor or Law Café located on Gilbert Street, open from 7:00am.  Included in this envelope are the vouchers that will need to be presented in the café (1 for each morning). The menu selection is available on the back of the card and should you order any additional items you will need to settle the account directly with the café.

For the duration of your stay housekeeping will be in daily to service your room.  If you prefer, place the do not disturb sign on your door and housekeeping will respect your privacy.  If you need any additional items, please see reception.

If you need to get around the city there is a tram that stops directly outside the property and is free all the way to the Entertainment Centre. For any other directions or assistance, the team at reception will be happy to help.
