  • Can I exchange items or sizes of items that I purchased ?

    Items purchased in PANDORA concept stores or online may be exchanged in-store in accordance with PANDORA’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at pandora.net/returns (please note some restrictions apply, please view policy for details)

    Items purchased via Afterpay may only be exchanged or returned at the original store of purchase. For full terms & conditions please visit www.afterpay.com

  • Can I return an unwanted gift?

    Across PANDORA Concept stores, unwanted gifts may be exchanged for alternate products or a Gift Card providing the items are unused and accompanied by a receipt. A gift receipt is offered to all customers upon payment in store. Gift receipts are not available for online purchases. If your unwanted gift was an online order, you will need to obtain the confirmation email from the gift giver before initiating a return.

    Any arrangement outside this is at the full discretion of your local PANDORA retailer.

    *Please note, gifts that have been purchased online using AfterPay cannot be returned or exchanged in store and will need to be returned back to the store of purchase for a refund. Please contact our online consumer experience team (aunzsupport@pandora.net) for further assistance

  • Can I return items purchased for a refund ?

    Items purchased in PANDORA concept stores or online may be returned for an exchange, refund or gift card, in accordance with PANDORA’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at pandora.net/returns (please note some restrictions apply, please view policy for details.). These policies only apply in Australia and may not be available in other international markets. You have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law that are not limited by this policy.   • How do I exchange items I purchased online?

    You can exchange unused items purchased online within 30 days of placing your order.*

    You can exchange your items in any PANDORA Concept Store across Australia, just be sure to take a copy of your confirmation email into store.

    Our online store is currently unable to facilitate exchanges via post, however you can return your online order for a full refund by following these steps:

    1) Please contact our Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net with your order number and the items you wish to return so a free returns postage label can be generated and emailed to you. 

    2) Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative

    3) Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel

    4) Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email

    5) When you are ready, you may go ahead and place another order for your preferred items.

  • How will I know that PANDORA has received my returned item(s)?

    Please allow 14 business days for your return to make its way back to us. Within 3 days of receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.

  • How will my online refund be processed and when will I get my money back ?

    Refunds are processed in the same tender as the original transaction. A credit card payment can only be refunded back onto the same credit card, PayPal purchases will be refunded through PayPal, Afterpay purchases will be refunded by Afterpay and purchases made using Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards will be reimbursed onto a Gift Card.

    Once received, your refund will be processed back onto the original payment method within 3 business days. You will be notified by email when your return and refund has been completed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    If you have requested a refund on an online order which has been paid for using Afterpay, once the return has been received, your order will be refunded by Afterpay. You will receive an email from Afterpay to confirm the refund has been processed and they will reimburse you for any funds you have already paid and cancel any outstanding payments.

  • I have a broken, damaged or faulty item, what can I do ?

    You can choose between a refund, exchange or repair, if your item exhibits a genuine fault or is not as described providing that;

    • The item is a genuine PANDORA item
    • The item was purchased in an Australian or New Zealand Concept Store

  • I have changed my mind and no longer want items I purchased, what can I do ?

  • The item I received is not what I ordered online. How do I resolve this?

    If you have received the wrong item, please contact our Consumer Experience Team at aunzsupport@pandora.net. From there, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
